Planning a family reunion, a friends' weekend or a milestone birthday? Luxury Broken Bow Cabins has larger cabins that sleep 11 to 14 guests in one place. For groups of 16, 20 or more, we can help you book two or more of our cabins for the same dates. Call us and we'll match cabins to your group.

We're local and owner-run: Terry Ivie (Oklahoma broker) and April Ivie (Texas broker) own and manage 35+ cabins, so we can see availability across the whole portfolio.

Groups of 16–20+: book two cabins

Pair a large cabin with a second one for the same dates. For example, Bent Pine Lodge (14) plus Driftwood Cabin (8) sleeps 22, and Bigger IS Better (12) plus EZ Ridge Retreat (11) sleeps 23. Availability and drive time between cabins vary, so call 214-578-5185 and we'll put together the best combination for your dates.

Group policies to know

  • The guest reserving must be 21+. Cabins are for families, couples or adults 21+. Unchaperoned groups or students under 21 are not permitted.

  • Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM. Loud music, parties or disruptive behavior can lead to eviction without refund.

  • Pets: Pet-friendly cabins allow a maximum of two dogs at $125 per pet, per stay. Bigger IS Better and The Gallery In The Pines are not pet-friendly, so check each listing. Service animals are welcome at no fee.

  • No fireworks and no firearm discharge. ATVs, off-road vehicles, RV parking and tent camping are not permitted on cabin properties (with limited exceptions).
